webRTC and socketIO

Hi sir, I request you to create a 2-3 hour crash course on webRTC with socketIO integration, we don't just need implimentation of WebRTC, but we want to know how it actually works, without making it unnecesserarily complicated by using other libraries or frameworks.

**(Not important)**- I would like to give a little background, I started a game streaming project but couldn't make it as it required really low latency sharing and encoding of videos, I tried to use rtmp, and many other protocols but I think webRTC suites the best here, but unfortunately as a beginner couldn't find a good tutorial online.
