Actionable path entry into Tech Feild without any IT degree ?

I know Python (Selenium, Open-CV, Automation, Scrapping, and Django from your videos)
worked as freelancer where I always got good reviews but in Industry's the job post are always asking for a Btech/BCA, never my CV selected.
